| Stress Management We will go through my 5-step process – a formula if you will. We will first understand what stress is and realize that there is “good stress” and “bad stress.” Then we will take specific steps to eliminate the bad stress and improve your time management skills. Together, we will first explore the “why” behind the stress. We will eliminate the cause – not just treat the symptom. Stress is a physical symptom of a much deeper issue. There are many layers and when all are peeled away what stands out is a feeling of loss of control over one's life, one’s time, and one’s dreams. It is normal to experience feelings of emptiness, feel misguided or feel a lack of purpose. |

| My proven system, 5 Steps to a Stress-Free - Empowered You™, will allow you to overcome these symptoms by removing the cause of the stress by gaining a completely different outlook on life. Most people, at first don’t believe this is even achievable. This is not magic. We go through the “why”, the “what” and the “how”, then we concentrate on the “when” to create a brand new you! The value of coaching comes from what happens in between the coaching sessions. | Depending on each person’s comfort level, my five-step program introduces you to different types of relaxation techniques so as to become more centered and achieve balance. Some of the more common techniques I use are meditation, guided imagery to name a few. | |
| Mindful Self Management™ Time management eventually boils down to managing one’s choices, which in turn implies that we must learn to manage ourselves. Self-management is at the key to making any changes and moving forward. I will show you through distinct steps how to manage yourself, your choices and your time optimally. You will learn how to prioritize and make decisions accordingly. Not only will you learn outward skills, you will more importantly, learn to shift your thinking by making changes from within. These are the changes that are permanent. Using Energy Leadership™ and the Mindful Self Management™ program, you will become an excellent leader by learning to manage and lead yourself well. We will plan, strategize, set realistic and explicit goals that can tangibly and in a timely manner be measured for success.
